USWAG PCB Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a national risk-based disposal approval for PCB Remediation Waste.

USWAG's Risk-Based Approval to Dispose of PCB Remediation Waste (updated March 6, 2025), available here, and also posted on EPA's website, allows USWAG members who generate PCB remediation waste with concentrations of <50 ppm PCB to dispose of those wastes in non-TSCA disposal facilities.
