USWAG PCB Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a national risk-based disposal approval for PCB Remediation Waste.

USWAG's Risk-Based Approval to Dispose of PCB Remediation Waste, which has been posted on EPA's website, allows USWAG members who generate PCB remediation waste with concentrations of <50 ppm PCB to dispose of those wastes in non-TSCA disposal facilities.
