Member Meetings

 

USWAG holds three Membership meetings each year, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.  Each event follows the same Tuesday through Thursday schedule:

• The USWAG Board of Directors meets on Tuesday afternoon.
• The Policy Committee meets for a day and a half starting at 9 AM local time on Wednesday and concluding at 12:30 PM on Thursday. During the Policy Committee meeting, each of USWAG's 5 technical committees reports on its activities and invites feedback on its future priorities, and USWAG leadership reports on governance issues.
• On Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:30 PM there is a networking reception which USWAG Affiliates are invited to attend.

In-person attendance is encouraged, though a virtual option is available.

Registration links for the Summer and Fall Board and Policy Meetings will be posted to this page approximately 90 days prior to each event.

In addition to the 2025 dates shown above, planning is underway for 2026, as shown below. Dates for 2026 will be posted in the 1st quarter of 2025.
