Tanks Subcommittee

The USWAG Tanks Subcommittee is responsible for addressing utility-specific matters relating to tank-related regulations from EPA and U.S Army Corps of Engineers.  The committee provides the following services:

  • A forum for member companies to interface with their peer utilities and EPA program managers.
  • Tracking of regulatory and legislative activities and, at times, development and submittal of stakeholder input and/or comments.
  • Compliance support and legal counseling on specific matters member companies may face.
  • Biannual SPCC and FRP Workshop supported by EPA program managers.
